From Saturday 6th November, the UK government has implemented immigration powers to extend the travel ban for Denmark and remove the current travel exemptions for freight drivers. Non-UK resident freight drivers coming from, or passing through, Denmark since 23rd October will now be denied entry to the UK upon arrival.
Any UK residents (including freight drivers) who have arrived from or passed through Denmark since 23rd October, must now self-isolate with their households for 14days.
These restrictions are due to be reviewed after 7 days.
In response to these new restrictions, our operations team have already reviewed all pending transports, implemented alternative travel routes, and reassigned carriers where necessary. We want to reassure our customers that there will be no disruption to our services.
