Following a two-day audit assessing every detail of our Quality Management System (QMS), the NQA auditor passed C4 with zero non-conformities, stating that our software system is one of the best he has ever seen!
ISO accreditation is the worldwide standard for QMS and requires us to:
- demonstrate our ability to consistently provide a service that meets both our customer’s requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
- demonstrate an assurance of conformity to customer while continually improving our customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system
Achieving this accreditation gives our customers the peace of mind that the service they receive from C4 will always be of the highest quality and consistency.
